(Genuine 'FSP' Whirlpool version)

Caution: Do NOT buy a 'generic' version of this repair kit (usually sold in a blue & white bag) unless it's been modified. The unimproved version of the generic kit has a serious problem with the length of its idler pulley spring, and most parts sellers are unaware of it. For about 2 years, I scrapped those (by the hundreds!) and replaced the idler in every kit I sold. The issue just isn't being corrected by the manufacturer, so I've gone back to these genuine kits - and have been able to keep the price the same, so far. I know of no other sellers that are correcting the issue with the generic kits, so beware! - Dave
 

If you own a Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Kenmore, Roper, or Estate dryer that measures 29 inches wide, and with a long lint filter that pulls up through the top of the cabinet, then here's a repair kit you really should keep on hand. These dryers are very easy to service, and these parts are on sale right now, at a price much less than buying these parts individually.  

Part number 4392065, this kit includes a new drive belt, both drum rollers, idler pulley, and the 'tri-rings' and steel retainer ring that hold the rollers in place.

Oh, and it also includes instructions. But if you've bought parts from me before, you know that's not a problem. Helping you with installation is part of the 'package' included with any parts you purchase from me.

Hint: always put a few drops of good grade oil (sewing machine, 3 in 1, or motor oil work well) on the drum roller and idler pulley shafts when installing them, or whenever your dryer's apart for cleaning. Doing that every two years makes these parts last forever!
