My guarantee is very simple, with no 'fine print', as guarantees should be.

The products I sell are warranted for a period of 6 months from date of purchase, regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. (Most major appliance manufacturers now carry only a 90 day warranty on their parts, with which I can't
 agree)

The only exception to the above is dryer elements, which I can normally warrant only once per dryer per 3 year period. I have no control over an installation's venting and airflow issues, which play a huge part in a dryer element's 'lifetime'. If an element burns out repeatedly in the same dryer, it indicates a problem with either the dryer's internal air handling system or its venting.  

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of any of my products within that time period, I will promptly and cheerfully refund the purchase price.
